Quality Inspection and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

 

All relevant inspections carried out within the manufacturing process of any product, are documented in the Statistical Process Control (SPC) inspection module. This applies not only to inspections carried out during the product development, such as maturity level analyses, but also to inspections monitored within the scope of SPC by way of quality control chart.

 

Supplier Quality Management

 

Inspection of incoming/outgoing goods determines the quality of a delivery. The transmission of reliability data from ERP/PPC enables you to transfer supplier assessment criteria. Using defined rules, you can automatically detect deadline and quantity deviations. Supplier-specific, subjective criteria (such as location, price-performance ration, complaint reactions, user-definable criteria) can be defined and assessed over a defined time period. Supplier audit results are also documented through online and offline acquisition. All information is visualized using scorecards.
